Your tasks:


  • As a Payroll Administrator (m/f/d), you are responsible for
    timely processing of
    payroll and
    salary
    payments:
  • You maintain electronic
    master data and personnel files:
  • You enter wage data and create monthly reports (salaries, company savings plans, health insurance, income tax, garnishments, etc.)
  • You are also responsible for
    certificates and reporting as well as handling correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities
  • You are also the
    contact person for employees and managers regarding social security, tax, and potentially labor law issues
  • You have completed a
    commercial education and/or a
    further education in the field of payroll accounting
  • You have several years of
    professional experience as a Payroll Administrator (m/f/d) and solid knowledge of payroll and salary accounting
