Tasks:

  • Support of the works council chairperson and members
  • Independent research on the internet and preparation of results for works council inquiries
  • Independent preparation of contributions for public relations by the works council team
  • Creation of intranet entries and maintenance of works council intranet pages
  • Independent creation of PowerPoint presentations according to specifications
  • Internal and external appointment scheduling
  • Taking minutes and preparing minutes of works council and committee meetings
  • Maintenance of complex document filing and document management system
  • Support of works council members with seminar or training/travel requests (e.g. making reservations, starting workflows, making bookings)
  • Office organization (mail, telephone, email) and management/ordering of office supplies
  • Preparation and organization of meetings/events (room reservations, technology, catering)
  • Sending invitations,
