• Reading specifications and architectural drawings
• Continuous learning and training on our lighting products and technologies.
• Flexibility to serve others when needed at times outside of your assigned role
• Using basic Blue Beam/ Adobe PDF software to open documents, read drawings and modify and mark up documents
• Communicate with sales members within the agency to coordinate the successful execution of projects
• Be open and willing to dive in to help others when needed in tasks that are not always in your scope
• Understand and analyze lighting calculations
• Almost exclusively in office work with no outside sales required
• 
  Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detailoriented
• Open minded and positive demeanor to work in a high activity, fast paced culture
• Knowledge of the electrical industry and lighting is not required but is a bonus.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and AGI32 Software is preferred, but not required
