As assigned, Guest Services Associate ("GSA")/ Lawn on D Ambassador is responsible providing excellent customer service to our clients and visitors under the guidance of the Guest Services Manager
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Customer ServiceGreets and assists visitors and clientsProvides guests with directions to various facility and surrounding area locationsResponds to questions and requests from visitors, other MCCA departments, clients and subcontractors, and provides appropriate information/directions in a patient, efficient and courteous manner.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED :
Supervision is provided by the Guest Services Manager and includes training, coaching, performance evaluation, and inspection of work.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,
AND ABILITIES REQUIRED :
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EXPERIENCE :

Must have the ability to handle stressful situations and be capable of standing for long periods of time.A well-organized individual who is a team player and can relate to people at all levels of an organization, possesses excellent communication skills, flexibility and is committed to the MCCA's Mission.

The work schedule for this position typically fluctuates based upon the needs of a particular event or project, which would require the ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights, early mornings, long days, weekends and holidays.
Travel to other MCCA facilities may be required. Flexibility and last-minute availability preferred. Shift Times may be adjusted if changes are made to event hours. Any scheduling adjustments are communicated out as soon as possible.DRESS CODE
