In 2021, UCAMBIO acquired over 30 locations of Western Union International Bank throughout Germany and focuses on the business areas of cash transfers and currency exchange.

We are currently seeking a:

Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Stuttgart (Waiblinger Straße)


Responsibilities:

  • Providing highquality customer advice and support in the branch
  • Conducting money transfers, cash deposits and withdrawals, and handling administrative tasks related to the offered products
  • Performing necessary control functions during daily operations (cash handling, security)
  • Reporting to the regional and branch managers
  • Adhering to internal bank policies and relevant integrity and compliance guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Experience in cashier or teller roles
  • Sales experience and/or affinity for sales
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Good knowledge of English, Romanian, Bulgarian, Turkish, or other languages
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Friendly, polite, and openminded demeanor
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Flexibility regarding working hours (Mondays
  • Saturdays)
