Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Engineer / ServiceNow Test Engineer

Welcome to Solutions3 LLC, a company dedicated to supporting a U.S. Government customer on a mission critical development and sustainment program. Currently, we are looking for a diligent individual to join our team as a Test Engineer - Principal II - ETE06. Your role will involve ensuring the quality of our software products and acting as a bridge between our development team and the government Functional Test team.

Responsibilities:

Leading testing activities in an Agile environment
Maintaining and expanding regression and acceptance tests
Acting as a liaison between development and test teams
Creating comprehensive test scripts
Conducting tests and providing clear reports for issue resolution
Collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements
Driving QA process improvements for better outcomes

Required Skills:

Must be a US Citizen
Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance and DHS Suitability
10+ years of Performance Engineering / Testing experience
6+ years of testing web-based applications
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Expertise in system and database performance
Proficiency in Agile software testing
Experience in technical writing

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of monitoring and server tools
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform
Experience with system architectures and database optimization
Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps environments
Skills in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and collaboration tools
Capability in web application testing and development technologies

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Work experience substitutions accepted.

Desired Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
ITIL Foundation v4 Certified or commitment to certification
DODI M Compliance at IAT Level I
