Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the office by handling correspondence, coordinating appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial recordkeeping.
  • Act as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism.
  • Assist in document management using tools like DocuSign for electronic signatures.
  • Efficiently manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, progress, and deliverables.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, copying, and scanning documents.
  • Maintain phone etiquette by handling calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination as needed.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in an office assistant or personal assistant role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using software such as QuickBooks, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
  • Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability in project coordination and multitasking effectively.
  • Knowledge of event planning processes is a plus.

Pay:
From $600.00 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Hialeah, FL preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Hialeah, FL 33016: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
