Job Responsibilities:

Lead the timely resolution of onsite problems for customer plants, including warehouse, logistics, delivery, and production issues.
Collaborate with CQE/RQE to identify and resolve production issues, and communicate with customers and CATL to mitigate their impact.
Develop strong relationships with customers, enhance their perception of our company's services, and gain insight into targeted dynamics to support SPP in achieving new project targets and expanding our business.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher.
At least 3 years of experience in project management and operations in the automotive industry, with knowledge of project and operational rules and the ability to work independently.
Clear and meticulous thinking, with a strong awareness of risk.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish and maintain stable relationships with customers and effectively manage resources.
Strong teamwork and crossdepartmental collaboration skills, with selfmotivation, resilience, and strong execution abilities.
Fluent in English and German, with knowledge of Chinese preferred.
Previous experience working with local OEMs is preferred.
