Required Skills:
Experience in maintaining medical records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing various insurance types is a must. Knowledge of medical terminology is essential, and background in billing/coding or securing insurance authorizations is a plus. This position offers a full-time schedule with a fantastic benefits package - think paid holidays, vacations, and personal/sick days! The work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, across two office locations: Novi and Southfield.
As the office manager, you'll lead the hiring and training of office staff, handle staff concerns, and conduct performance appraisals. Responsibilities involve managing the procurement of medical and office supplies and ensuring a clean and safe workspace.
