'We are an outpatient care service in the southern part of Munich. Our young and dynamic team consists of nursing professionals, registered nurses, naturopaths, and health scientists. Our focus is on providing expert advice and care to our patients, based on the latest research and in accordance with the SGB V and XI, but above all, with heart. Confronting the need for care is a challenging experience - for those affected, their families, and also for the nursing staff. Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of care according to current nursing knowledge and legal and organizational requirements
  • Ensuring the satisfaction of the care recipients
  • Management of the documentation system, including the transfer of information and observations
  • Control of the patientoriented care process through planning and evaluation of care

Qualifications:

  • Completed exam as a geriatric nurse or health and nursing professional
  • Knowledge of individual care
  • High sense of responsibility, empathy, and flexibility
  • Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
