Task + Challenges

  • Production of products and participation in daily operations
  • Operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, machinery, and testing facilities
  • Ensuring product and process quality
  • Ensuring delivery dates, goals, and key figures
  • Participation in working groups and projects
  • Optimization of own production area

Qualifications + Profile

  • Completed vocational training or master's degree in the field of electrical engineering
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in production
  • First leadership experience in production teams desirable
  • Ideally, knowledge of English and SAP
  • Willingness to work in shifts
