We specialize in partnering with Home Builders as well as retail production. FCM funded $2.1 Billion in 2023 through affiliated business arrangements with 13 different home builders, 5 of which rank in the Top 35 Home Builders in the country.

Position: Compliance Analyst

Reports to: Quality Control Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Pull Notice of Incomplete report daily and follow up with branches.
Cancel loans from the system; send adverse action notifications and audit and correct HMDA data.
Order reverifications and appraisal desk and field reviews of funded loans selected for internal audit.
Assist license department with Loan Originator licenses, city and county business licenses, and agency approvals and renewals.
Meet department audit and reporting guidelines.
Perform special type audits in accordance with procedures, as assigned.
Other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum three years lending compliance or underwriting experience in the financial industry. Experience in mortgage compliance preferred.
MS Office products - i.e Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Experience utilizing Encompass is a plus.

This is an in-office position
