Job Duties
The attorney in this position will provide the scope of real estate transactions and advice services to Virginia's agencies and authorities, including the Department of Conservation and Recreation, the Department of Forestry, the Department of Historic Resources, the Department of Wildlife Resources, the Fort Monroe Authority and the Virginia Outdoors Foundation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Five (5) to Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience, including complex transactional and contracting experience with respect to the scope of real estate interests.
This position is located in Richmond, Virginia, and has reporting responsibility to the Chief of the Real Estate and Land Use Section.
