- Utilize evidence based models such as Attachment Self-Regulation and Competency (ARC) and Trauma Informed Treatment models.
- Actively support the family system in creating measurable and achievable goals.
- Provides individual and family therapy to youth and families to improve functioning in identified areas.
- Writes comprehensive assessments, initial and quarterly treatment plans, progress notes, specific evidence-based paperwork, as required, and discharge summaries, in a timely fashion.
- Attends conferences, planning meetings, and/or other relevant clinical meetings, as assigned.
- Completes other related duties as assigned.
- Performs all duties in accordance with the agency's policies and procedures.
- Completed Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family and/or related field.
- Candidate needs to be at least licensed eligible, however, LMHC, LMFT or LICSW preferred.
- Previous experience with program population preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and writing skills required.

Are you passionate about helping some of Massachusetts most vulnerable families? Are you seeking a position where a positive relationship along with evidence based training can have a big impact? NFI is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to provide home based treatment, community based outreach, comprehensive assessment, counseling, case coordination, and crisis intervention services for youths and families.
Foundations for Families are a highly qualified team of professionals dedicated to providing evidenced-based clinical services to adults, children and families within their home communities. Together we strive to empower all clients by identifying and strengthening skills, providing education, creating independence and improving family connections by building strong foundations.
*Supervision hours for licensure provided*
Salary: $70,000-$75,000 annually, commensurate on education & licensure
