Training as a Management Assistant (m/f/d) at Landover HillsThe training usually lasts three years. The theoretical knowledge will be taught to you in vocational school. In practice, we build on this and deepen your knowledge according to your chosen elective qualifications.
What to expect:- You will go through various departments of the company (including quotation management, order processing, marketing/sales, purchasing, human resources)
- You will learn about the office and business processes in the company
- You will be involved in project work
- From the beginning, you will be part of our team and take on responsibility
- Successful completion of secondary school, high school diploma or equivalent
- Very good knowledge of German
- Curiosity, performance and willingness to learn
- Enjoyment of planning and organizing
- Good communication and teamwork skills, as well as attention to detail and flexibility
- Enjoyment of working with computers and MS Office applications
- A structured, practical and future-oriented training
- Good chances of being taken on permanently with successful completion and consistently good performance
