Who we are looking for:
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
- Using your communication and persuasion skills, you will make 100 outbound calls per day with the goal of setting a meeting with company decision makers. Add them to your pipeline and close sales. Be responsible for achieving goals; responsible for prospecting for new accounts and increasing market share in ExcalTech coverage area(s).
- Prospect via telephone from qualified lead lists successfully to win new business.
- Build new customer partnerships. Develops and sustains sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers on all levels of an organization.
- Identify customer product and service needs and coordinate the execution of orders.
- Share market and competitor information with all applicable channels within the organization; establish relationships and working partnerships. Assists in training or mentoring of associates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age.
Must pass pre-employment assessment(s)
Generally, 1-3 years of business development experience is required.
