Operational Purchaser (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for purchasing goods and services in the field of photovoltaic system construction and work closely with management, project managers, logistics, and dispatch.

YOUR TASKS_
Obtaining quotes for goods and services for the construction of PV systems
Conducting price negotiations and cost optimizations
Proactive demand planning and shortterm material procurement
Tracking timely delivery and logistics planning
Optimizing purchasing processes and categories

Continuous maintenance of master data and communication with internal and external stakeholders
Reviewing and managing invoices in collaboration with accounting
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS_
Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on purchasing, or a successfully completed technical training with several years of professional experience in the commercial sector
Basic knowledge of Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) and experience in purchasing electronic components
Proficient in MS Office products and basic experience with SAP Business ByDesign preferred
