Your responsibilities:


  • You will be the central point of contact for a fixed customer base
  • Processing customer orders and checking feasibility in terms of delivery, materials, and truck availability
  • Monitoring and resolving outstanding items, processing debit notes
  • Monitoring and maintaining pallet accounts
  • Creating and tracking quotes and customerspecific evaluations of sales and turnover figures
  • Price and condition management
  • Maintenance of customer and article master data
  • Close collaboration with the sales team, work preparation, transport and freight management, logistics and loading, and accounting

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial training, preferably with a focus on sales
  • Experience in order management is desirable
  • Knowledge of ERP software, preferably SAP, is advantageous
  • Proficiency in standard office programs is required
  • You should possess determination, teamwork, communication skills, and high stress resistance
