Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand the individual needs and aesthetic goals of clients.
  • Create customized plans and treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.
  • Perform facial and body treatments using both manual and advanced machine techniques.
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge to advise clients on skincare products and contribute to sales.
  • Manage client data and treatment histories and support the marketing team.
  • Be an allrounder who thinks like an intrapreneur and is not afraid to take on any task to support the team whenever needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Licensed cosmetologist in Germany.
  • Certification: NiSV is an advantage (but not required).
  • Work experience: 1+ year in facial and body treatments.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings or weekends.
