Full-time | Entry-Level | On-siteOur Washington, DC-based client is hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints within their sales and Marketing team.

You will also be asked to process orders, and modifications, and escalate complaints across several communication channels.

To do well in this role you need to be passionate about sales and committed to delivering top-notch customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional service, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand

Drive Sales:

Actively engage with customers to promote our products and services, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities.

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and professionalism to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Efficiently process sales orders, modifications, and requests, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints, providing valuable insights to improve our sales and customer service processes.

Work closely with colleagues across departments to coordinate sales activities, share best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

Proven experience in sales and customer service, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade customers through various channels.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
A proactive and results-oriented attitude, with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
