We are still looking for customer service representatives with a focus on credit for our location in Hamburg.

Your main focus will be on providing comprehensive support to potential and existing customers for our credit products and strengthening our business relationship.


  • With great dedication, you will handle all inquiries from our customers as a customer service representative.
  • You will be the direct point of contact for our customers over the phone and assist them with any requests or concerns.
  • You will maintain all customer data in our inhouse computer systems.
  • During slower periods, you will also handle customer inquiries in written form via mailbox and email.
  • You keep a cool head in all critical situations and are solutionoriented.
