The Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, 5th District, is seeking a full time dependency attorney for the Ocala, Marion County Office.

The position involves handling full dockets of dependency and termination of parental rights cases. The position also includes representing elderly, and minor clients in Guardianship, Probate, Marchman Act cases, and other civil proceedings. No experience needed. Must be a member in good standing with The Florida Bar. State of Florida benefits, including retirement and health insurance apply.


Pay:
From $67,000.00 per year
