YOUR CHALLENGE
- You strive for optimal communication with our customers in Germany and abroad, whether through written correspondence or over the phone, in order to ensure long-term customer loyalty
- In addition to working with common MS Office systems, SAP is your daily "tool"; you maintain customer master data, pricing conditions, create invoices, and handle price complaints
- To support our Key Account Managers in their professional customer service, you assist them by monitoring customer reports, following up on agreements, or sending out sample packages of our products
- You handle individual customer requests together with colleagues from other departments
