We are currently seeking a
Team Leader - Needle Production in the Night Shift (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

Managing employees based on their daily activities. Monitoring production execution and ensuring that shift performance is planned with specific goals in mind (volume, quality, documentation) using shift indicators (OEE, etc.)
As needed, working on manufacturing processes to ensure the highest productivity of the line, depending on the complexity of the processes and scope of responsibility
Repair work and maintenance coordination/execution in collaboration with the engineering department, depending on the area of expertise and technical requirements
Supporting continuous improvement of all line activities, including 6S, Kaizen, and other projects
Identifying, solving, and/or escalating and promptly communicating to the line
