Key Responsibilities
  • Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.
  • Applies product and industry knowledge to confidently provide a high level of service and expertise with every customer.
  • Applies understanding of building design to sales interactions, ensuring customer orders are correct to specification.
  • Applies basic measurement techniques and knowledge of builtin appliances.
  • Ensures store is clean and well merchandised.
  • Supervises 1025 employees consisting of sales and sales support staff.
  • Provides daily guidance to employees.
  • Directs daily work of all store staff.
  • Facilitates employee training.
    Basic Qualifications 1 year of experience as a leader in business, military, or related fields 1 year of retail or other salesrelated experience 1 year of experience in managing a budget
    Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree or above in business, sales management, or related field 1 year of supervisory or management experience 1 year of appliance or premium luxury product sales experience
