Customer Service Representative - Fairfax, United States - mezeh mediterranean grill
Description
It is crucial that this individual will be responsible for following all mezeh protocols and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
The Customer Service Representative will report to the operations teams.Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the customer service phone line during business hours.
- Respond to reviews on thirdparty sites to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Collaborate with all the areas that might be involved in each individual case to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM tool. Also responsible for administration of this CRM tool.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in products or services, providing insights to both teams.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and industry trends, sharing relevant information with the teams.
- Follow established protocols for handling customer inquiries and escalations.
- Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and empathy in all interactions.
This role requires in-person presence and is not eligible for remote work.
Qualifications:
- High school degree or higher
- 13 years work experience, preferably in customer service, digital operations, data analytics, customer success.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and detailoriented
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects under strict deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Proficiency in the following programs considered a plus: 3PDS dashboards, online ordering dashboards, review dashboards, Google My Business

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
