- Monitor and control hyperbaric chamber pressure to ensure diver safety
- Adjust pressure for diver re-entry to sea level
- Maintain chamber cleanliness
- Collaborate with team for safe diving and construction operations
- Perform gas analysis, monitor gas levels, and identify symptoms of pressure-related illnesses
- Take appropriate action in case of emergencies
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of ADCE Compliant Commercial Dive School
- Current ADCI or CHT certification
- ALST Certification
- DCBC Certification
- First Aid, CPR, AED, Oxygen Administration Certifications
- OSHA 10 Hour - Construction
- Understanding of physical laws affecting pressure and gases in a diver's bloodstream
- Knowledge of pressure-related injuries and illnesses
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a team and high-demand environment
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
