Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Fire Equipment Tester to join our team. Safety First is looking for individuals to join our team for the upcoming summer equipment testing season.

Safety First is seeking diligent and safety-conscious laborers to assist in hose and ladder testing, ensuring that all equipment meets top-notch standards for fire safety.

Safety first travels to fire houses throughout the northeast testing fire equipment in accordance with the NFPA standards. Employees must have reliable transportation. Competitive wages, and matching (3%) 401(k) offered.


Duties:

• Conduct testing on various equipment to ensure functionality and compliance with industry standards
• Utilize pressure pumps and ladder testing equipment.
• Perform inspections of fire hose and fire service ladders

Experience:

• Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in the field
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Job Types:

From $20.00 per hour
