We, the TSPC Group, are an international architecture and engineering firm and offer all planning services according to HOAI as part of the TSPC Group.

We are looking for you to join our team at our branch in Munich, Germany, to strengthen our team with your expertise and experience. We specialize in the planning and realization of challenging projects. Currently, we are working on exciting projects in residential construction, kindergartens, fire stations, and school buildings.

With your expertise and experience, you can:

· manage and coordinate challenging projects in all phases of HOAI (LPH)

  • Take responsibility for the planning, timely and high-quality implementation
  • Create tenders and award construction contracts, as well as coordinate and manage them
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners, and be the main point of contact for project participants, clients, authorities, and service providers
  • Conduct cost, quality, and schedule control within projects
  • Efficiently use and distribute resources within the team
  • Regularly monitor progress and project goals

And you have:

  • A degree in architecture, civil engineering, or comparable qualifications for this position?
