On behalf of our client, a large service provider in the field of debt management, we are currently seeking several Telephone Administrators (m/f/d) to join the existing team in Harmony Grove, CA

Your responsibilities:

First point of contact for all inquiries in the field of debt management via telephone Advising customers and developing payment plans according to guidelines
Documenting and forwarding conversation results Communicating with lawyers, insurance companies, etc.


Your qualifications:

Ideally a commercial education (not a requirement) in the field of tourism, hospitality, office management, or dialogue marketing Alternatively, you have previous experience as a call center agent in similar areas as mentioned above


Strong service and customer-oriented mindset Willingness to work in shifts
