Welcome to the Backparadies at Norton Center As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn how to expertly serve and advise our customers, as well as handle the sale of delicious baked goods, snacks, and beverages.

You will take pride in maintaining, presenting, and monitoring the delectable treats in our display case. Additionally, you will gain knowledge about ordering bread and baked goods.

You will soon become familiar with handling ingredients and different methods of processing baked goods - and we welcome your own creative creations.

Do you see yourself in this role? We are looking for someone with a high school diploma who enjoys interacting with our customers.

You have a good memory for details, work with precision, and can communicate effectively. Other desirable qualities include reliability, balance, creativity, and teamwork.


What else should you know? As part of your training, you will attend a vocational school near your place of work.

In addition, you will regularly attend exclusive EDEKA seminars to gain useful knowledge for practical application and thorough preparation for exams.

With our numerous internal development and training programs, you have the opportunity to climb the career ladder step by step - all the way to self-employment under the EDEKA umbrella.

The training will take place at our bakery branch in 38871 Ilsenburg, Hochofenstraße 1.
