For our client in Bad Staffelstein, we are looking for you as a

Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

  • Provision, management and maintenance of all sales data in the system
  • Preparation of information and distribution to the sales team
  • Processing and creation of new customers and inquiries
  • Contract management
  • Assistance in creating plans and forecasts
  • Liaison with all sales-related departments

These are your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial education
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Organizational skills, customer orientation and strong communication skills
  • Reliability, teamwork and a quick grasp
  • Thorough and independent work ethic
