How you contribute

Central point of contact (m/f/d) for the client and their employees

Quality and performance control as well as optimization of operational processes

Acquisition, quotation preparation, calculation of maintenance and operator orders

Coordination of subcontractors and own employees (m/f/d)

Preparation of documentation and reporting as well as warranty tracking

What you bring

Technician or master in the field of supply (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing) or electrical engineering or completed vocational training as a plant mechanic SHK or electrician

Relevant experience as an object manager or in a comparable position within technical facility management

Basic understanding of business administration

Proficient in using
