Responsibilities:


  • Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store
  • Oversee inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee records
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in managing store expenses and budgeting

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in retail or store management preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Proficient in inventory control and management
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and systems

Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
