To support our team, we are currently looking for a

Clerk (m/f/d) for our transportation service

Your tasks with us will include:

Receiving and coordinating customer orders for the collection of laboratory samples and delivery of consumables for sending practices
Customer service regarding transportation orders, such as organizing special trips and handling complaints
Supervising laboratory courier drivers
Monitoring compliance with transportation regulations, including temperature control according to quality management guidelines

We expect from you:

Completed vocational training in the commercial or medical field or a comparable qualification
Proficient in MS Office and some experience with databases
High level of customer service and friendliness
Strong team spirit and communication skills
Organizational skills, enthusiasm, and flexibility
Class B driver's license
