Your tasks
  • Rotation through various departments with a focus on human resources, such as recruiting, personnel development, HR service, and onboarding
  • Contributing your ideas to exciting international projects and participating in events
  • Training in tasks such as presentation creation, communication with internal and external service providers, appointment coordination, and database maintenance
  • Expanding your personal skills through in-house training, courses, and English classes
  • Start: September 1, 2025
Your profile
  • Secondary school leaving certificate with good grades - especially in mathematics, German, and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Enthusiasm and a good rapport with people
  • A large amount of organizational talent and enjoyment in regularly getting to know new work
