What You'll Do
- Greeting and assisting guests
- Scheduling appointments and answering phones
- Provide education and sales recommendations to guests as it relates to treatments, membership, and retail products.
- Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area
- Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth

Lead Spa Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Excellent salesmanship
- Drive sales goals and sales quotas within retail, gift cards and membership sales.
- Motivate and drive the team members to provide a 5-star exceptional experience through treatments and product offerings.
- Ensure spa boutique, guest changing and retreat spaces and overall spa is clean, tidy, and well stocked -- and presents well to our members and guests at all times
- Monitor retail product inventory, and back-of-the-house supplies.
- Participate in community events, in-house & VIP events and help to manage donations. Help to drive local social media content.
- Manage and record guest communications for customer services, and monitor point of sale system for guest transactions.
Lead Spa Coordinator Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Self-motivated
- Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
- Professional, team player
- Drug/alcohol-free
- Articulate speaker with an ability to multitask
- Combined education and previous customer service / administrative and retail experience is strongly desired
