We expect you to be an architect with an interest in 3D modeling. We also expect you to have a solid understanding of construction and not to immediately hit the "good enough, next" button after the first draft. As a project manager, you will coordinate exciting construction projects, both internally and externally. Therefore, people management should not give you stomach aches, and a little diplomacy should come easily to you. The same goes for your German language skills - C1 level is our benchmark.
