Job Summary and Qualifications:


Responsible for contributing to the maintenance of a safe and therapeutic milieu through prompt reporting of observed behavior, milieu processes and other pertinent information.

Additional duties will include secretarial/administrative duties necessary for the general management and organization of the nursing unit including but not limited to; transcribing orders, faxing information, maintaining the patient chart, directing visitors and directing phone calls and prioritizing and directing patient calls.

Must be able to prioritize and anticipate needs and maintain a calm composure in stressful situations.


What qualifications you will need:


Certifications:
Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers through American Red Cross (AHA and military

certifications accepted) required upon hire. Crisis Prevention Institute is required within 30 days of hire.

Experience:
At least one (1) year in a related field and/or an undergraduate degree in the social science ideal.

Hospitaladministrativeexperiencepreferred.
Goodverbalandwriting skills essential; computer skills preferred
