Your tasks

Monitoring and further development of our compliance management system/risk management system to ensure supply chain compliance and compliance with human rights and environmental due diligence obligations according to the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LKSG)
Support in analyzing business processes and supply chains for compliance risks and deriving preventive measures to minimize risks
Design and implementation of business partner audits
Handling of complaints regarding due diligence violations in the supply chain and support in determining remedial measures
Development and implementation of training and elearning concepts
Participation in the preparation of reports for senior management and external bodies
Advisor and contact person for departments and our national companies on supply chain compliance issues

Your profile

Completed degree, ideally with a focus on compliance, sustainability management or corporate social responsibility
Ideally several years of relevant professional experience, e.g. in the field of compliance or in the field of CSR advantageous
Ideally experience with due diligence in supply chains and the establishment of compliance management systems or
