    Are you an engineering leader with a proven track record in injection molding and a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where innovation and quality are paramount? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you in Northern Alabama

    Our client, a leading automotive part supplier, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Engineering Manager to join their growing team.

    As a key member of their leadership group, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality components.

    Lead a talented team of engineers and technicians specializing in injection molding processes.
    Oversee all aspects of production, from design and development to quality control and continuous improvement.
    Implement industry best practices to optimize efficiency, minimize waste, and maximize quality.
    Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and processes, including automated or robotic painting.
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and sales.
    Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the engineering department.
    To be considered for this exciting role, you must possess:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing preferred).

    Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role within a large automotive part manufacturer, with extensive experience in injection molding processes.

    Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
    Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality excellence.
    Experience with automated or robotic painting systems is a plus.
