- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 7-10 years sales management experience, food industry and capital equipment a plus.

- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Visio.
- Experience with Capital Equipment preferred.
- Day to day sales and customer relationship responsibilities for a given region.
- Customer development and marketing of Marel products
- Project identification and development, works with customers to develop project paybacks and justifications.
- Developing and obtaining territory sales goals and Business Plans in specified region
- New customer development
- Drive growth through front line sales roles within Marel
- Generate sales growth across core and strategic product lines.
- Maintain the "line of sight" between individual sales results and rewards.
- Motivate participants to take actions that maximize growth opportunities.
- Required administration work and done in at the time when specified.
- Typical travel is four days a week.
- Cost containment where it concerns business expenses.
- Must build internal relationships to achieve proper support required to complete your responsibilities as a Territory Sales Manager.
- Always be ethical when conducting business internally and externally.
- Participate in set training programs/Schedules for self-development.

The role of the Territory Sales Manager for Fish is to drive co-creation of value and grow the business overall with a selected customer group. The TSM role is also to strengthen collaboration and relationships at the customer group level, ensure an aligned approach from Marel cross all accounts/sites and strive for customer success and high customer satisfaction. The TSM is responsible for the relationship and management of the customer at a group level from a sales perspective and acts as a trusted advisor for the customer.
