Opportunities for team players:

In this responsible position, you will use your expertise, ideas, and structured work style to significantly advance our HR work (payroll, personnel administration, recruiting, labor law, etc.) in important areas.

You will take on the strategic and operational team leadership of the HR department for approximately 2-8 employees at one or possibly multiple locations in the region, and work closely with central contact persons.

Specifically, we count on your input and management of local and regional HR processes. You will also accompany and support change processes within the framework of strategic and operational HR topics.

In addition, you will be responsible for proactively advising, accompanying, and supporting plant managers, commercial site managers, and other managers in all HR matters, and act as a link to the works council.

Furthermore, you will also focus on leading the HR employees and promoting their continuous development. For this, you will use various HR tools such as on-the-job training, regular employee discussions, and team meetings.
