Assistant Property Manager - Maple Shade, United States - Connection Property Management

Description

• Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and management of the properties
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
• Collect and process rent payments, fees, and deposits
• Maintain tenant records and update databases with relevant information
• Coordinate movein and moveout processes, including inspections and unit turnovers
• Handle tenant requests, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with evictions

• Previous experience in property management or related field is required
• Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, fair housing regulations, and property management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective owner and tenant relations
• Proficient in Google Docs and Google Calendar and prior Property Management Software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
• Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with tenants or vendors
• Knowledge Section 8 program is a plus
