Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and management of the properties
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
- Collect and process rent payments, fees, and deposits
- Maintain tenant records and update databases with relevant information
- Coordinate movein and moveout processes, including inspections and unit turnovers
- Handle tenant requests, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with evictions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related field is required
- Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, fair housing regulations, and property management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective owner and tenant relations
- Proficient in Google Docs and Google Calendar and prior Property Management Software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
- Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with tenants or vendors
- Knowledge Section 8 program is a plus

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
