We are looking for reinforcements for our team in Pittsburg, IN.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for taking orders and providing customer advice over the phone.
  • You will also provide customer advice in person at our store in Siegsdorf.
  • You will check customer orders and release them for further processing.
  • You will enter customer orders directly into the system for processing.

Your qualifications:

  • You have a high school diploma and preferably a completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. office clerk, retail clerk, wholesale clerk) or have previous experience in telephone sales.
  • Career changers with a strong commitment and willingness to learn quickly are also welcome.
  • You have knowledge of fishing, especially fly fishing.
  • You have English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Regional language skills are an advantage.

Your profile:

  • You are extremely reliable and work carefully and conscientiously.
  • You enjoy working independently and have a good understanding.
  • You have a high level of performance and willingness to learn.
  • Providing excellent customer service is important to you.
  • You have a strong interest in fishing, especially fly fishing.
  • You are proficient in using modern communication tools such as email, internet, and other software applications.
