What to expect

  • Planning and organizing the operation and maintenance process for power generation plants
  • Supervising and guiding assigned employees
  • Optimizing the operation of heat generation plants and monitoring specified operating parameters
  • Organizing current plant documentation and data database, and preparing data for the creation of statistics and reports
  • Performing commercial and technical controlling tasks and contributing to the economic plan
  • Participating in the development of technical concepts and planning for heat generation plants
  • Assisting in the creation of performance catalogs, work packages, and service levels for operation and maintenance
  • Participating in on-call duty

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering, energy technology/management, supply engineering, civil engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar position
  • In-depth knowledge of legal requirements and safety regulations for power generation plants
  • Technical understanding of the relationships within and between the different supply types of gas, electricity, and heat
  • Knowledge of cost accounting, cost management, and economic calculations
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
