OUR PROMISE
40-hour work week (full-time) | Part-time models possible
Permanent employment
Basic salary up to € / month plus surcharges for Sundays and holidays: 100%, night shifts: 30%, overtime and Saturdays: 25%
On-call duty counts fully towards contract hours
Company car, also for private use
Flexible and predictable working hours and vacation planning
Company pension plan, employer-funded with €400

Further education:
After passing the probationary period, Pacura doc grants 5 training days and a budget of €1,000 per calendar year
