Description

The person in this role will be responsible for ideating, creating, editing, and publishing or distributing content across (a web journal/blog),, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.

This content will align with the brand vision, business goals, and the company-wide messaging calendar for promotions, launches, and product focus.

The person in this role will also be responsible for keeping the content calendar updated and measuring the analytics and growth of each channel.

• Ideate, create and execute fresh social media content in our brand voice that aligns with creative direction and supports the brand vision
• Collaborate and communicate with the creative, marketing, and Ecommerce teams to develop, produce, and execute social photo and video shoots to support the social channels and ad strategy.
• Keep uptodate on current and emerging social, lifestyle and fashion trends, as well as video editing techniques to elevate content and engage and grow our digital community.
• Continually provide data results to facilitate the identification of engagement opportunities and innovations
• Generate ideas for improving on current and developing new ways to market content through social media

KEY SKILLS:

• Ability to shoot photo and video assets on an iPhone a must; the ability to shoot photo and video assets on a DSLR is a bonus. Ability to edit photos and video on iPhone a must; ability to edit photos and videos in Lightroom, Photoshop, and/or Final Cut a bonus.
• Ability to see a project all the way through the ideation, concept, production, execution, editing and publishing process on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• A passion for creating You love thinking of interesting, outofthebox ideas to storytell around product and brand.
• A deep understanding of each platform and the type of content that is most engaging on each platform.
• Understanding of key metrics for each platform and how to measure and report on them.

Basic copywriting skills for drafting long-form words) content for KK Daily

• Extreme attention to detail. No typo or visual discrepancy escapes your watchful eye.
• Comfortable with receiving feedback. The nature of this role is that there is a lot of it.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, journalism or other relevant fields
• Retail brand experience required, multichannel experience wholesale, retail and ecommerce preferred
• Excellent working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and other social platforms
• Demonstrated ability to showcase an innovative mindset with a willingness to being open to constructive feedback
• Demonstrated ability to take competing messages and simplifying them down to the strongest, most impactful customerfacing message and to amplify business activities through brandright content
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new programs and processes
• Demonstrated ability to have a strong work ethic and possess timemanagement and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to be a selfstarter with an attention to detail
• Deep passion for artistically expressing stories and founderled content
• Must be a team player, openminded, fast learner adaptable and flourish in a fastpaced, deadlineoriented environment

$45, $60,000.00 per year
