- Manage financial transactions for grants.
- Track grant funds, expenses, and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Collaborate with program managers on fund allocation.
- Update financial data in the accounting system.
- Assist with account reconciliation and identifying issues.
- Analyze financial data for decision-making.
- Help with payroll processing and other assigned tasks.
- Enrolled in Accounting, Finance, or Business program.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Abila MIP and Blackbaud software is a plus.

- $20 per hour; 15 to 30 hours per week, adjustable based on school commitments.
