Position Overview:

Base pay plus commission

Qualifications:

Ability to work a minimum of 1230 a week with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Ability to comprehend and pass a number of iCRYO designed service exams following initial training.
Maintain good time management skills, good judgement, and ability to multitask.
Display exceptional guest experience skills, handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty.
Understand the needs of the guest, ability to educate guests on services needed in a competent, efficient, and professional manner.
Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company including sales goals.
Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.
Maintain an environment of trust, communicate efficiently with managers and peers.
Must be able to complete ongoing and continued education.
Maintain a clean environment, uphold company standards.
Retail Sales Experience preferred but not required
